Technological Capability Building

We have just concluded a study on "Strengthening Technological Capability in Developing Countries: Lessons from German Technical Cooperation". It draws on experiences with German technical assistance projects in six countries (Bolivia, Argentina, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Indonesia, Thailand).
