This 320 page document is sold $18 CDN and can be obtained through different channels:

1)- If you expect to go to the ASA meeting in Toronto (November 3-6, 1994), there will be copies for sale at the CAAS table (when at the table please talk to Roger Riendeau or his representative). If you really want to make sure a copy will be held for you, send us an e-mail stating your clear intention of buying the book at the conference and we shall reserve a copy in your name.

2)- If you cannot make it to Toronto but expect to be present at the Canadian Council of Area Studies Learned Societies (CCASLS) Conference in Ottawa (November 9-12). CAAS can also place a copy in your name at its table. Please confirm this through e-mail.
