NETWORK OBJECTIVES: Provide a platform for high-level computer training, research and consultancy; promote development and usage of computing and communications technologies in Africa; facilitate co-ordination of collaborative computing education and research; and foster closer collaboration and linkages between computing industry, academia, NGOs, policy making institutions and the general economies.
