Radio RSA and its international service disappeared about two years ago (I forget when, exactly). Channel Africa broadcasts to Africa only. Here's the official schedule extracted from our database:

------ I've had luck hearing the frequencies used at 04-07 and 16-17 UT releases, but the signals are rarely good. Once with a large geomagnetic storm in progress I heard the 3995 at 03; the flare wiped out high latitude paths and the usual Deutsche Welle. I use a JRC NRD-535D with a 350' inverted L at 90 feet. Once I heard 15220 on the SONY SW-55 portable with whip.
