          The Purpose of the African News & Information Service
	  =====================================================

1.  To provide news, information, analysis, insight and articles
    about Africa.

2.  To provide a forum for level-headed discussion for issues
    concerning Africa in an enlightened manner.

3.  Absolutely no personal attacks on other list users will be
    accepted. Articles that are of an inflamatory nature (ie. making
    uncalled for attacks on others' religion, etc.) will not be accepted.

    Discussions are welcome, but in an educated and reasoned manner.
