OXFAM-Canada has sponsored 25 Canadian volunteers to spend three weeks in South Africa prior to and during the recent historic elections. These observers were accredited to the Independent Electoral Commission and were stationed in four lcoations in KwaZulu/Natal.

The observers are returning to Canada today and we are now putting the final touches on their Final Report. The report will be about 15 pages in length and available in a printed version only.
