Among his interests are modern British and American literature, the literature

Fox Leadership Professor of Psychology
Martin E.P. Seligman, Ph.D., Fox Leadership Professor of Psychology and Director of the University of Pennsylvania’s Positive Psychology Center, is the founder of Positive Psychology, a discipline which includes the study of positive emotion, positive character traits, and positive institutions. Dr. Peter Struck
Associate Professor,
Department of Classical Studies
Peter Struck, who joined the faculty at the University of Pennsylvania in the Department of Classical Studies in 1999, holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan in English and Anthropology, and an M.A. in Divinity and a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Chicago. His main areas of interest include Greek and Roman literary criticism and Greek and Roman divination. Read more
