Application Instructions

Eligible applicants must come to the CGS office and submit a Student Personal Data Form. Click here to download the form. There is no application fee for the Penn Alumni Program. Upon verification of the applicant's alumni status by the CGS office, the student will be permitted to register for and enroll in courses, subject to the normal academic policies of the College of General studies. Normal tuition rates and deadlines apply.
