Application Instructions

  1. Complete the application and send it to:

  2. To ensure a timely decision, the application and all supporting documents should be submitted together by the deadlines.
  3. Attach the non-refundable $70.00 application fee, made payable to: Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania.
  4. Enclose official copies of all college transcripts in envelopes sealed and signed by the institution. Do not remove from the envelopes.
  5. Submit score reports for at least one standardized test. High school transcripts with SAT and ACT scores are acceptable. If you have taken the MCAT, please enclose a copy of this score report as well.
  6. Attach an up-to-date resume to the application.
  7. Enclose two letters of recommendation from close professional or academic associates. One letter may be a pre-health committee evaluation.   8. An interview is required for all applicants under serious consideration for admission. After your completed application package is received and reviewed, you may be contacted to schedule an interview with a program advisor.
  9. Admission to these Post-Baccalaureate programs does not imply or guarantee admission to degree status in any other school at the University of Pennsylvania.
