General Information

The Graduate Division represents the Vice Provost for Graduate Education in coordinating the review of all the academic doctoral dissertations or master's theses for the University. Consequently, for those degrees, the degree candidate must apply to this office when planning to graduate in any given term.
 
The application for August graduation will become available in May. You will need your Pennkey and password to access this site.
 
For the August 2012 degree period, please refer to the degree calendar

Please note that there are no formal graduation/commencement ceremonies for August degree.  Candidates who earn the degree in August will be invited to the Commencement and diploma ceremonies held in May 2012.
