General Information
The Graduate Division represents the Vice Provost for Graduate Education in coordinating the review of all the academic doctoral dissertations or master's theses for the University. Consequently, for those degrees, the degree candidate must apply to this office when planning to graduate in any given term.
There are specific policies and timetables which apply to this process. You may find most of the information below. After applying for the degree, you will have printed versions mailed to you.
The current application for graduation is now available. You will need your PennKey and password to access this secure website.
