Research Interests

My research interests include exploring ancestry and migration patterns in modern and skeletal populations through mitochondrial and nuclear DNA haplogroup analysis. This includes understanding how cultural practices impact migration patterns and how that is reflected genetically.Research Interests:Ancestry; genomic techniques; mtDNA and Y-chromosome haplogroups; ancient DNA; temporal and spatial differences in migration patterns; DNA extraction techniques; sequencing; culture-biology influences
