Internships and volunteer programs

North Forest Independent School District (NFISD) invites strong candidates with a Math or Science background to apply for the Urban Teacher Residency (UTR). The UTR is a comprehensive alternative teacher certification program that anchors teacher preparation in the classroom. NFISD offers Residents an exciting challenge and opportunity.
