The Anthropology Minor consists of 6 courses (Non- PASS/FAIL). Minors are encouraged to take the introductory courses to each sub-field, ANTH 001 (or 005), 002 (or 004) and 003 (or 006), and no more than four courses in one concentration. At least four of the courses counted towards the minor must be taken at Penn, that is, up to two may be credit away/study abroad/transfer credits. Penn courses offered by other departments may NOT be counted toward the minor unless they are crosslisted with ANTH. Check out our FAQ here!
