Notes
1. Due to continued lack of compatibility with certain University standard applications, Windows Vista is not currently recommended. Only minimal support is currently available. Full support anticipated Winter 2008.
2.The high end desktop option's processor, the Intel Core 2 Quad E6850, 2.66 GHz, is faster than the standard desktop option's processor, the Intel Core 2 Duo E8400, 3.0 GHz, as the Core 2 Quad processors are faster than the Core 2 Duo processors.
3. DT = Desktop chassis. This chassis
does not allow for the addition of extra drives. A Minitower option is
available for those who will need more expandability.
4. Lead times may vary, depending on availability from supplier, workloads,
special projects, etc. Please check with us at time of order for current
lead times.
5. When choosing a Windows laptop, for an additional cost, you
may request a docking station/port replicator option. In addition, a lighter-weight laptop option is also available. Please check with us for the current options.
