1. If you have any other email application currently reading your inbox, please close it.
   
   
2. Go to webmail.
   
   
3. Type in your username and password and press the enter/return key or click login.
   
   
4. You can change to any mbox folder by clicking on the drop down list in the top right-hand corner of the screen and selecting it.
   
   
5. After you have deleted some of the messages in your mbox folder(s), please see this page if you want to move messages from your mbox folder(s) back to your inbox.
