Why doesn't my ".plan" file work ?

In order for your .plan file to be visible to everyone, you must give everyone read access to the file, and "executable" access to your home directory.

  1. Type unix at the [Main Menu]% prompt
  2. Type chmod 644 .plan (give everyone read access)
  3. Then type chmod 711 ~/ (give executable access to home directory)
