Frequently Asked Questions for Facstaff.SAS

  • Faculty & Staff

Until recently, the primary email server for faculty and staff in the School of Arts and Sciences has been the facstaff.sas.upenn.edu email cluster. During Spring 2016, we were in the process of moving faculty and staff email to PennO365, as part of a university transition that offers improved performance and collaboration across Penn. After a phased shutdown of services beginning July 18, Facstaff was decommissioned on August 2, 2016.

If you are looking for information about how to use or configure your PennO365 email, please see our PennO365 FAQ page. To log into your PennO365 account go here.
