When does my mail.sas account expire?

Graduating students may keep their mail.sas accounts until the October following graduation. This means that students who graduate in December may keep their accounts until the following October.

Faculty members will have six months following termination to clean their accounts.

Staff members will have ten days following termination to clean their accounts.

The Postmaster of mail.sas will send each user a warning e-mail message two weeks before expiring his/her account. The warning message will give you directions on how to set up your account so that mail sent to your account after it is closed will be forwarded to your non-Penn e-mail address for six months.

If there has been a mistake and your account has been misclassified as an expired account, please contact the postmaster.
