If you forget your password, you have three ways to reset your password:

1. From the "Forgot your Password?" link on the Penn Live Logon Page, http://pennlive.sas.upenn.edu, you can choose to reset your password by having Penn Live send a password reset email to your alternate email address, if you specified one when you set up your account.
2. From the "Forgot your Password?" link on the Penn Live Logon Page, http://pennlive.sas.upenn.edu, you can choose to reset your password by answering the security question that you specified when you created your account. You will be prompted for your location information. By default, your location information is set to:
   
   Country/Region: United States
   State: Pennsylvania
   Zip Code: 19104
   
   You can change your location information anytime in your Penn Live mail settings.
3. If you did not register an alternate email address when you created your Penn Live account, have forgotten the answer to your security question, or if you are unable to reset your password using the "Forgot your Password?" link for any other reason, you can reset your Penn Live password using the PennKey-authenticated password reset tool, located at http://email.sas.upenn.edu/registration/pennlive
