Penn Live is a special version of Microsoft Windows Live (Hotmail), customized specially for Penn students. We have compiled a list of questions and answers about Penn Live to help you understand this new service and help you get started. You can access that FAQ here. Penn Live offers significant advantages over traditional email services for SAS students.
- You'll have 5GB of storage space available (will soon be increased to 5GB); that's approximately 50 times more than is available from a typical student account on mail.sas
- Penn Live is hosted on servers managed by Microsoft to provide the highest levels of reliability and performance
- The Penn Live communication suite includes more than just email. It also has tools for calendar and contact management. Many other useful features are in development and will be introduced later in the year.
