If your print job fails to print or you get damaged pages from the printer, support staff may be able to assist you in re-printing your job at no charge.

If you are unable to get assistance with a re-print, use this form to report the problem. We will provide a refund to your PennCash account if it's impractical to provide a reprint.

We will only provide re-prints or refunds if you release your job and you receive damaged output from the printer, or no ouput at all.  We cannot provide re-prints if you find that you printed the wrong documents, or chose the wrong settings for single-sided or double-sided output.
