Multi-Media Services Equipment Loan

Multi-Media Services happily lends portable audio, video and projection equipment for instructional use.

Available equipment includes:

Students

may borrow equipment for SAS courses only with written authorization of the instructor and subject to the terms of our equipment loan policy for students.
For some classes, the instructor has made provisions for students to borrow portable recording equipment. If you're in one of those classes, and have been directed to do so by your instructor, please go to the reservation system to check availability and reserve equipment.

Instructors who want their students to borrow audio and video recording equipment for class related assignments should contact mms-help to make arrangements .
loan requests should use the general equipment loan request form.
Most loans to faculty and staff require a departmental budget code to cover loss or damage even in cases where there are no equipment rental charges.Click here to download a printable version of the form covering financial responsibility. Fill out all the fields, have your business administrator sign it, then fax it to us at (215) 573-2174.

There is no charge for equipment loan services that service SAS classes. However, charges are applied for events not related to SAS classes. The Multi-Media Services Rate Sheet is available here, but prices are subject to change. Charges may be applied if the services provided fall outside normal Multi-Media Services operating hours, or require media supplies.
