Media File Problem Report

Much of the material posted on the media.sas server is available only to students registered in specific courses and requires PennKey authenticaiton.

Access to many protected files is governed by course enrollment status. It takes at least 1 day from the time you officially register for a class for permission to pass through to the media server.

If you are sure you have been formally enrolled in the class for at least 24 hours, or have other questions, please use the form below and we'll investigate the problem.
