Emergency Maintenance on Facstaff Disk Systems

As of 8:30 AM 2/21, all mail services should be restored. Further instability may still exist and we are beginning the process of bringing additional storage online. We will update this page as more information becomes available. Thank you.

2/21 5 AM: Problems have recurred and we are working to restore service. Some users will be unable to access their email until this problem is corrected. We will provide an update at 8 AM.

As of 2/21 1AM all facstaff services are restored. We will continue to monitor the system throughout the night in case any problems recur. Thanks.

2/20/2010, 8:30PM: A disk error on facstaff.sas is making mail unavailable for some users.

We will update this alert when we know more.

10:30PM: We are running system checks on the disks and expect to return all service by 1 AM, 2/21/2010. We apologize for the inconvenience.
