H. RESIGNATIONS FROM THE STANDING FACULTY

Resignations must be submitted to the department chair who will forward a copy to the Dean's Office together with a Faculty Equal Opportunity Compliance Statement (SAS Form 99-5). The resignation will then be submitted to the Provost's Staff Conference.
