Department of Earth and Environmental Science: Collections

  The mission of the Department of Earth and Environmental Science’s Collections is to further the educational missions of the College of Arts and Sciences and the Department of Earth and Environmental Science. 

  The Collections collect and preserve examples of present and past interactions of the four terrestrial spheres: lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere and biosphere; for purposes of instruction, research, exhibition and public outreach.
