Examples of metamorphic rocks include: Anthracite Coal, Garnet Amphibolite, Garnet Mica Schist, Gneiss, Marble, Phyllite, Quartzite, Schist, Serpentinite, Slate

Metamorphism is the process that changes rocks from one form to another, through intense heat, pressure, or the action of hot fluids.
