Prospective Students

High School Students considering Penn for their College Education are encouraged to tour the campus. Students interested in Geology, Paleobiology, or Environmental Studies are welcome to stop by the Department to meet any of the advisors listed above. If you contact Dr Giegengack or Dr. Dmochowski at least a week ahead of your scheduled visit, we will attempt to arrange for you to meet some current majors and attend classes in the field of your interest.

When planning your visit, please keep in mind that the best days to come to campus are Monday through Thursday. Avoid Breaks and Holidays (Fall Break, Spring Break, Winter Break) as classes will not be in session and students will not be on campus.
