* All students must pay a non-refundable Enrollment Fee of $90.

** The tuition includes a non-refundable deposit of $310, due along with the Enrollment Fee at time of application.

The ELP is not able to offer any form of financial aid.

Please note that students are responsible for other expenses such as housing, meals, personal expenses and books.

Refund Policy

Reason Policy
General You will receive a refund of your tuition, minus a $310 tuition deposit, if you withdraw prior to arrival. You will receive a refund of 75% of your tuition if you withdraw by 5pm on the last day of the first week of classes. No refunds will be approved after that day. Depending upon when you withdraw, fees and medical insurance may not be refundable.
Emergencies

If an emergency occurs, you must write a letter explaining the situation to the Director. A refund or credit may or may not be approved depending on the circumstances.

No classes will be held on official holidays observed by the University.

A minimum of 6 participants is needed to run the IBCP session.
