Refund Policy
| Reason | Policy |
| General | Prior to the start of classes, students can receive a refund of tuition and fees minus the non-refundable $90 enrollment fee and the $310 tuition deposit. Before the end of the first week of classes, students are entitled to a refund of 75% of tuition less the $90 enrollment fee and the $310 tuition deposit. Fees, insurance and housing are governed by separate policies and may not be refundable depending on when a student withdraws. |
| Emergencies |
If an emergency occurs, you must write a letter explaining the situation to the Director. A refund or credit may or may not be approved depending on the circumstances. Fees, insurance and housing are governed by separate policies and may not be refundable depending on when a student withdraws. |
No classes will be held on official holidays observed by the University.
A minimum of 6 participants is needed to run the IBCP session.
