The Institute for MBA and LLM Preparation (IMLP) is a program for students who are planning to pursue graduate study in business or international law in an English-speaking environment. The program is designed to help students master the academic, cultural, and language skills necessary for successful and fulfilling MBA and LLM degree experiences. More specifically, students will learn strategies essential for success in business and law school such as: learning through cases, reading and writing under time pressure; and understanding professor expectations as well as the cultures of the Wharton School of Business and Penn Law.

*Students will be grouped according to their program (MBA or LLM) for Power Reading and Accurate Speaking classes.
Students must submit a copy of their acceptance letter to a U.S. MBA or LLM program, as well as their TOEFL or IELTS scores.
Please note: The IMLP program is only for students with acceptance to a U.S. University MBA or LLM program. ELP does not issue the Form 1-20 for the IMLP Program. Students should plan to attend the program during the 30-day stay permitted in the U.S. before their MBA or LLM program start date.
