Won Ho Kim joined the English Language Programs as a Lecturer in October 2007 and currently teaches two advanced electives.
Mr. Kim has a diverse work background. After graduating from college, he taught high school chemistry and physics in the Philadelphia School District for four years, during which time he also traveled each summer to China as an English teacher. He then worked for two years as an English teacher at the University of Science and Technology in Anhui, China, before working as a professional tutor in the writing center at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia
Mr. Kim has a B.A. in Physics from Harvard University, an M.A. TESOL from Azusa Pacific University, and a Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Theological Seminary. He has also completed graduate coursework in linguistics at the University of North Dakota. His professional interests include syntax, morphology, translation, and second language acquisition.
