Transfer Information

Federal regulations require that you register with the institution that issues your Form I-20. The ELP requires that if you enter the USA on a Form I-20 issued by the University of Pennsylvania, you must present yourself at the ELP and complete your registration before you may transfer your I-20 to another institution. You must report to the ELP before transferring to a new school.
