In the ELP Main Office, Jenny's roles include assisting in application processing, preparations for new and continuing students, and general help to maintain an efficient office work flow. As the Assistant to Directors, she provides administrative support for the ELP directors, assisting in tasks such as maintaining staff data, troubleshooting problems and completing special projects.

Jenny earned a B.A. from Saint Joseph’s University as an English major and a dual minor in Education and Asian Studies. While a student, she worked as a college mentor at the Cambodian Association in north Philadelphia and taught high school English at George Washington High School. Jenny also traveled to Australia for her last semester of college on a study abroad program where she was able to interact with students from different parts of the world. After graduation, Jenny spent six months teaching English to elementary students in South Korea.

Before joining the ELP, she was a Kumon Instructor in which she tutored bi-lingual students ages 3-18 in Math and Reading, motivating them to adopt good study habits and problem solving skills. Through these experiences locally and abroad, Jenny developed an appreciation for language learning and continues her support at the ELP.
