Registration for ELP Online Courses

To register for ONLINE COURSES ONLY, click here:

When you register online, you may pay by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover cards accepted), or you may request to be invoiced. If you wish to pay by credit card, please have your card information ready before you begin the registration process.

IMPORTANT: To register for all other ELP programs and courses, click on "How to Apply" in the blue box at the top of this page and follow instructions for the program you want to enroll in. Or, contact the ELP.

ONLINE COURSE REFUND POLICY

You will receive a refund of your tuition, minus a $50 administrative fee if you withdraw from your course by the Wednesday before class begins. You will receive a refund of 75% of your tuition if you withdraw after the registration deadline but by 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday of the first week of the course. No refunds will be approved after that day. Requests to withdraw must be received in writing and should be directed to: elponline@sas.upenn.edu

If you pay by credit card and qualify for a refund, a credit will be posted to your card within 10 days.

If you pay by check or money order and qualify for a refund, the University will issue your refund by check. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your refund check.
