Weather in Philadelphia

Philadelphia has four distinct seasons. In the spring (March-May), the weather is sunny and pleasant, and the temperature usually ranges from 34° - 73° F (1° - 23° C). In the summer (June-August), the temperature usually ranges from 63°-87° F (17°-31° C), but can also get quite hot. Autumns (September-November) are especially long because of the warming effect of the Atlantic Ocean and temperatures range from 39°-77° F (4°-25° C). In the winter (December-February), the temperature usually ranges from 24°- 44° F (-4°- 7° C).
