Thank you for your interest in becoming a Representative for the English Language Programs (ELP). Please note that the ELP does not work with agencies on a commission basis without first having a signed an Agreement of Representation. An Agreement of Representation with the ELP allows the agent to represent the ELP only. It does not authorize the agent to represent any other school or program of the University of Pennsylvania.

Procedure for becoming a Representative:
Step #1: Complete the Agent Questionnaire (download below) and send to ELP International Recruitment Specialist with a copy of your program brochure or catalogue.
Step #2: Schedule an initial meeting or interview with ELP staff member
Step #3: ELP Director and International Recruitment Specialist will review questionnaire information and brochure and contact references from other schools you represent.
Step #4: If you and the ELP agree that there is a good fit between our organizations, the ELP will send you an Agreement of Representation. Sign and return the agreement to the ELP.
The ELP will send you a Certificate of Representation, Handbook for Representatives, and supply of ELP brochures and enrollment forms.
Step #5: The International Recruitment Specialist will contact you to review ELP enrollment procedures and policies, housing options, and to answer any questions you may have about representing our programs. We will also ask you for input so that we can partner with you to more effectively reach and serve your market.
