Most housing options offer telephone service. It is recommended that students buy phone cards, which they can use from any telephone to make a call. Phone cards can be purchased at Wawa (38th and Spruce Streets).
Additionally, since most housing options also have Wi-Fi Internet, students can use Skype to call their families. Skype allows you to text, call, or video chat for little to or no cost.
There is a post office at 3000 Chestunt Street as well as at 40th Street, between Spruce and Walnut Streets, where students can buy stamps and send mail or packages. Courier services are offered at the Campus Copy Center located on Walnut Street between 40th and 39th Streets.
