Within departments, schools, and institutes of the University of Pennsylvania, the ELP delivers custom-tailored workshops or courses for students requiring special language training support in English as a second language. Much of our work is with students enrolled in Penn's many degree programs, but we have other strengths that enable overseas specialists whose level of English is low to benefit from professional training products offered at Penn.
