Program Specific Requirements

For BIP Only:

Send one of the following as proof of your language proficiency:

• Computer based TOEFL of 200 or higher
• TOEIC score of 720 or higher
• IELTS score of 6.0 or higher
• Internet-based TOEFL of 78 or higher

For IBCP Only:

A brief (2–3 paragraph) written statement in English that describes your business experience and/or business education and your reasons for attending the program. One of the following as proof of your language proficiency:

• Computer based TOEFL of 220 or higher
• TOEIC score of 750 or higher
• IELTS score of 6.0 or higher
• Internet-based TOEFL of 84 or higher

For SIIBS Only:

A copy of your admissions or conditional admissions letter to a graduate business program in the USA. One of the following as proof of your language proficiency:

• IELTS score of 6.5 or higher
• Internet-based TOEFL of 90 or higher

If you have not taken one of these tests, contact the ELP to schedule a phone interview.

Enrollment in the ELP does not constitute admissions to any other program at the University of Pennsylvania.
