Anne Gellhorn Campbell is the Senior Director for Financial Systems and Special Analysis for The School of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania. Reporting directly to the Vice Dean for Finance and Administration, Anne has represented SAS on University-wide initiatives for budgeting or other financial systems development projects.
Graduating from Colby College in Maine, with a BA in Mathematics, Anne pursued a first career as computer programmer, both commercial and scientific, in New York and Chicago, then returned to PhD studies at Columbia University in Physiological Psychology, earning the Masters and the M.Phil. (all but dissertation). She came to Penn in 1985 to provide temporary computing support for administrative computer users, and has continued working within the SAS Dean’s office providing institutional research, financial analysis and support, budget system development and liaison with University financial initiatives up to the present.
