Coleen Shafer

Budget Analyst

Coleen Shafer is a Budget Analyst in the Office of Budget and Decision Support (OBDS) for the School of Arts and Sciences (SAS).  As part of the budget team, Coleen provides a wide range of analytic and budgetary support to the School, including variance analysis and departmental budgeting.  She serves as the Budget Analyst for Claudia Cohen Hall and Williams Hall Business Offices.

Coleen joined the group in September 2008.  Previously, she worked for the New York State Division of the Budget.  Coleen earned her Master's in Public Policy from Rockefeller College at SUNY Albany and her B.A. in Economics from Le Moyne College.
