Marsha Mallet

Marsha Mallet joined Penn in 1996 from Thomas Jefferson University where, as the Manager of Business Operations for the Department of Housing and Residence Life,  she was responsible for maintaining occupancy rates and overseeing leases, contracts, billing and collections . She joined the University of Pennsylvania in 1996 and worked for the Vice Dean for Education in the School of Medicine and the Executive Director for Finance and Administration in the School of Arts and Sciences.  She became the Director of Finance and Administration for the College of Liberal and Professional Studies in 2001 where she oversaw policy and operations in the areas of budgeting, business services, human resources and facilities for both LPS and English Language Programs. Marsha is currently transitioning this position to the Associate Director of Finance for Entrepreneurial Ventures and will be working with the Fels Institute for Government, Organizational Dynamics, and the Positive Psychology Center as well.  She completed a B.S. at the University of Wisconsin, an M.S. at Northern Illinois University and an M.B.A. at St. Joseph's University.
