Roger D. Abrahams Fund For Folklore and Ethnography
The Roger D. Abrahams Fund for Folklore and Ethnography at Penn supports public programs, field research, archiving, and publications of the Center for Folklore and Ethnography. Named for the CFE's founding director, the fund has been built up through the contributions of alumni and friends of graduate education in folklore and folklife at Penn. It was inaugurated by Barbara Kirshenblatt-Gimblett during a celebration honoring Roger D. Abrahams on the occasion of his semi-retirement in the spring of 2002.
An open letter from Barbara Kirshenblatt-Gimblett, inaugurating the Fund
