Janet S. Theophano

Janet was formerly Associate Director in the College of General Studies. Her responsibilities included supervision of Non-Traditional Graduate Studies at Penn. She has also participated in academic advising, and curriculum development for CGS (including Folklore and Folklife). Currently, Janet researches and publishes on foodways in the United States.

Courses
Janet teaches courses on Folklore, Culture, and Aging, on Food, Folklore and Culture, and Women and Folklore.
