Study Abroad
The University offers many opportunities to study abroad with
an accredited program — for a summer, a semester or a year.
Although there are few programs which offer classes specifically
in folklore, many programs will as a matter of course provide
opportunities for a student to immerse him or herself into a foreign
culture's folklore. Students considering participating in an abroad
program should make an appointment at the Office of International
Programs, 133 Bennett Hall (898-9073), and also consult with the
undergraduate chair or advisor on how to best build and overseas
experience into their program of study.
