Associate Directors

Chuck Brutsche
Chuck Brutsche is the Associate Director of the Fox Leadership Program. He received an undergraduate degree in sociology and a graduate degree in urban studies and environmental studies from the University of Pennsylvania. During his years at Penn, he has been involved in a wide variety of programs, activities, and initiatives. Prior to joining the Fox Program, he assisted MBA students and Fortune-500 firms in career management and development, was Registrar for the Philadelphia Wireless Technical Institute, Station Manager and radio personality for WPWT-FM Radio, and computer programmer at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. Currently, Mr. Brutsche works closely with students and faculty to develop innovative leadership experiences for undergraduates while managing many of the daily operating responsibilities of the Fox program.
Josh Power
Josh Power is the Associate Director of Leadership Projects and Service at Fox. He is responsible for the community service programs, as well as many of the daily administrative functions of the Fox Program. He received an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Saint Joseph’s University in 2005. While at Saint Joseph’s, Josh was involved in a variety of service and advocacy activities. After graduating, he worked as a research assistant in the Institute for Violence Research and Prevention (IVRP), studying the educational experiences of homeless out-of-school youth in Philadelphia. Prior to joining the Fox Program, he spent a year as an Americorps*VISTA volunteer in the Faith-Justice Institute at Saint Joseph’s University, overseeing student volunteer efforts and strengthening community partnerships. Josh is currently pursuing a graduate degree in education at the University of Pennsylvania.
