FAQs
Founded in 1999 by College Alumnus Robert A. Fox (C '52), the Fox Leadership Program exposes undergraduates to theories, principles and applications of leadership through Leadership Courses, Leadership Events and Leadership Experiences.
Students who are eligible to enroll in courses within the College may register for all Fox sponsored courses.
Almost all Fox Leadership Events are open to students, faculty and staff at the University. Occasionally, events are designed specifically for students in the College.
Many of the speakers who participate in the Fox Program agree to have dinner with
a small group of students. You must be a student in the College and attend
the guest's presentation to be eligible to attend the dinner. Students
can register for the event and request a seat at the dinner on the

Page of this web site.
We strongly encourage everyone to pre-register for the Leadership Events. Pre-registering allows us to more efficiently coordinate the logistics of the events. However, if your schedule changes at the last minute and you are able to attend an event, we can usually accommodate you.
All College undergraduates can attend the highly-regarded PowerSpeak workshops. Seating is limited and attendance is mandatory for those who receive a confirmation to attend the workshop for which they have registered.
There are two ways for College students to become more engaged in the Program
- join the Association or serve on the Fox Student Steering Committee.
Association members are placed on a mailing list where they receive up-to-date
invitations to events, and information on guests and other Fox initiatives.
Members receive invitations to events before the general student body.
Association members also receive invitations to special events and dinners.
There are no student obligations as an Association member.

The Fox Student Steering Committee (FSSC) is comprised of College undergraduates
who each possess a unique and personal leadership style, testifying to
the potential for leadership inherent in everyone. The FSSC is led by
student directors who work closely with
the other committee members and Fox staff to manage, facilitate and coordinate
the committee's involvement and participation in the Fox Leadership Program.
