Founded in 1999 through the generosity and vision of Penn Alumnus Robert A. Fox (C '52), the mission of the Robert A. Fox Leadership Program is to enrich the 21st century Penn undergraduate educational experience in ways that excite and equip students for present and future leadership roles in whatever realms of human excellence and endeavor may call them.

The Robert A. Fox Leadership Program, which is located in the University's School of Arts and Sciences, provides a curricular contribution (Leadership Courses), three sets of Leadership Events (Forums, Leadership Lunches, Lessons in Leadership) and four types of Leadership Experiences (PowerSpeak, Civic Entrepreneurship, Symposia and service on the Student Steering Committee).
