The Francophone Community Partnership is a bilingual enrichment program providing a safe space for 1st- / 2nd-generation immigrant children from Francophone West Africa and French-learning college students to nurture each other's language skills, confidence, cultural awareness.

Founded and run by Penn students, in close collaboration with members of the West African community and Henry C. Lea Elementary School staff, this uniquely empowering program is a labor of love, relying on volunteer commitment.
